JAKARTA,AKSIKATA.COM – Staf Khusus Wakil Presiden Bidang Infrastruktur dan Investasi, DR.Sukriansyah S. Latief meminta manajemen PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) agar dapat mengelola ekspektasi nasabah sacara baik dengan menyiapkan mitigasi-mitigasi sehingga dapat meminimalisir potensi-potensi ketidakpuasan nasabah yang dapat berujung gugatan hukum.
Hal itu disampaikannya, dalam rapat kordinasi yang dipimpinnya di Kantor Wakil Presiden Rabu, (25 /11) 2020 lalu. Rapat juga dihadiri oleh Indra Widjadja, Direktur Pemasaran Korporat Jiwasraya, Yulian Hadromi, Asisten Staf Khusus Bidang Investasi, Guntur Subagja, Asisten Staf Khusus Bidang Ekonomi & Keuangan dan Ahmad Lutfie,Asisten Deputi Keuangan Investasi dan Badan Usaha Sekretariat Wakil Presiden.
Sementara itu, Direktur Utama, PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya, Hexana Tri Sasongko,menyampaikan, restrukturisasi, transfer dan bail in merupakan opsi yang paling optimal untuk penyelamatan pemegang polis Jiwasraya.
Sebelumnya, Panja Komisi VI DPR RI dan Kementerian BUMN telah menyepakati penyertaan modal negara (PMN) untuk holding asuransi yaitu PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) atau Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) dengan total Rp 22 triliun. PMN ini dibagi dua tahap yakni Rp 12 triliun untuk tahun anggaran 2021 dan Rp 10 triliun ditambah bunga hutang akan dimintakan dalam RAPBN tahun 2022.
Dengan menggunakan dana PMN, dana Akumulasi Iuran Pensiun (AIP) Taspen, dan fundraising lainnya, IFG akan melakukan setoran modal sebesar Rp.26,7 triliun ditahun 2021 ke anak perusahaan asuransi jiwa baru yang bernama IFG Life.
Untuk memastikan Jiwasraya tidak mewariskan kerugian kepada IFG Life setelah transfer portofolio, Jiwasraya akan melaksanakan proses retrukturisasi polis dan penyesuaian nilai pelunasan polis. Pengalihan polis Jiwasraya yang telah direstrukturisasi kepada IFG Life disertai pengalihan asset clean and clear.
Diharapkan proses restrukturisasi ini dapat diselesaikan pada bulan Mei 2021.
Setelah pelaksanaan transfer polis, Jiwasraya akan tetap beroperasi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan aset Non Clean & Clear dan mengelola portofolio pemegang polis yang menolak pemindahan polis.
